A gratifying recipe for Moonraker made with tequila, pineapple juice and Blue Curacao liqueur.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz tequila
4 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
Method:
Pour the tequila and pineapple juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes, and stir well. Drop the blue curacao into the center of the drink, and serve.
