The Immaculata does one thing well: nutty with a citrusy edge. Made with light rum, amaretto almond liqueur, and lime juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
