A tasty recipe for Immaculata made with light rum, amaretto almond liqueur, lime juice, lemon juice and superfine sugar.

1 1/2 oz light rum
1/2 oz amaretto almond liqueur
1/2 oz lime juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp superfine sugar

In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients. Shake well. Strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
