A rich and sweet drink with a velvety cream finish, the Iceberg #2 blends 1/3 oz creme de menthe, 1/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur and 1/3 oz light cream.

  • 1/3 oz creme de menthe
  • 1/3 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 1/3 oz light cream

Instructions

  1. Pour the creme de menthe into a shot glass.
  2. Layer the blue curacao on top, and the cream on top of that.
  3. Serve.
