A tantalizing recipe for Bird of Paradise Cooler made with gin, lemon juice, grenadine syrup, superfine sugar, egg and soda water.
Ingredients:
2 oz gin
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp grenadine syrup
1 tsp superfine sugar
1 egg white
soda water
Method:
Pour the gin, lemon juice, grenadine, superfine sugar and egg white into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Fill with soda/sparkling water. Stir well, and serve.
