Crisp and Advanced to prepare, the Royalty Fizz features 2 oz gin, 1 oz lemon juice and 1/2 tsp Blue Curacao liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions
- Combine the gin, lemon juice, Curacao, sugar, and egg in a shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes.
- Add the club soda, stir well, and serve.
