A well-crafted drink with layered character, the Aloha is made with dark rum, dry vermouth, and cognac. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 1/2 oz dark rum
- 1/4 oz dry vermouth
- 1/4 oz cognac
- 1/4 oz gin
- 1/2 oz lime juice
- 1 oz soda water
Instructions
- Shake with ice cubes and strain into a large cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel.
