There's something satisfying about a well-made Andalusian Smile. This warming version uses dry sherry, white rum, and cognac for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 1 3/4 oz dry sherry
- 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz cognac
- 1 dash Angostura® bitters
Instructions
Shake ingredients and strain into an old-fashioned glass, three-quarters filled with broken ice.
