A great recipe for East India Cocktail #2 made with dry sherry, dry vermouth and bitters.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz dry sherry
1 1/2 oz dry vermouth
1 dash bitters
Method:
Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into a cocktail glass, and serve.
