Anisette Cocktail

Simple, aromatic and complex, and built from anisette, gin, and whipping cream — the Anisette Cocktail is a no-brainer.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz anisette
  • 1/2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz whipping cream
  • 1/2 oz egg white

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into a cordial glass.
  2. Sprinkle with nutmeg.

Serve In

Cordial Glass
