A silky drink with a velvety cream finish, the Candida blends 1 oz cognac, 1 oz anisette and 1 oz whipping cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz cognac
  • 1 oz anisette
  • 1 oz whipping cream
  • 1/2 oz egg white

Instructions

Shake well and strain into a champagne saucer filled with crushed ice.

Serve In
