A tantalizing recipe for Apple Brandy Rickey made with apple brandy, lime juice and club soda.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz apple brandy
3/4 oz fresh lime juice
4 oz club soda
Method:
Pour the apple brandy and lime juice into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Stir, and fill with club soda. Garnish with a lime wedge, and serve.
