A stiff drink with a clean vodka base, the Appleton Skyy Soda blends 2 oz Skyy® vodka, 1/2 – 1 oz Appleton Estate® Dark Jamaica rum and 6 – 8 oz Schweppes® club soda.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Skyy® vodka
- 1/2 – 1 oz Appleton Estate® Dark Jamaica rum
- 6 – 8 oz Schweppes® club soda
Instructions
- Add Skyy vodka and Appleton Estate rum to a hurricane glass over ice cubes.
- Peel and squeeze a segment or two of sweet Clementine, peeled.
- Drop in.
- Add Schweppes club soda, stir, and serve.
