Aruba Cocktail

A tantalizing recipe for Aruba Cocktail made with gin, White Curacao liqueur, egg, lemon juice and orgeat syrup.

2 oz gin
1/2 oz White Curacao liqueur
1/2 egg white
1 oz fresh lemon juice
1 tsp orgeat syrup

Pour the gin, white curacao, egg white, lemon juice and orgeat syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice. Shake well, strain into a chilled cocktail glass, and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
