Gin Crusta

A great recipe for Gin Crusta made with London dry gin, gomme syrup, Angostura® bitters and Blue Curacao liqueur.

5 oz London dry gin
30 drops gomme syrup
10 drops Angostura® bitters
10 drops Blue Curacao liqueur

Shake with ice and strain into a chilled glass rimmed with lemon juice and sugar. Garnish with a twist of a lemon peel.

Serve in:
Champagne Saucer
