A great recipe for Bahia Cooler made with dark rum, spiced rum, pineapple juice and coconut cream.
Ingredients:
3/4 oz dark rum
1/2 oz spiced rum
2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
Method:
Shake and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
