The Bahia Cooler — 4 ingredients, sun-soaked flavors, no unnecessary complexity.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz dark rum
  • 1/2 oz spiced rum
  • 2 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Shake and strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.
  2. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
