The Balm Cocktail is a sophisticated cocktails made with 2 oz sherry, 3/4 oz fresh orange juice and 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 oz sherry
- 3/4 oz fresh orange juice
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 2 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 2 slices oranges
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients with the orange slices and shake well with ice.
- Strain into a chilled martini glass, garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.
