Banana Grape Smoothie

Bananas and red grapes blended with ice and a splash of milk into a naturally sweet, purple-hued smoothie. No added sugar needed — the ripe banana and grapes provide all the sweetness. The grapes add antioxidants and a complex fruity flavor that pairs surprisingly well with banana’s creaminess.
