A great recipe for Batida de Pina made with light rum, pineapples and superfine sugar.
Ingredients:
3 oz light rum
2/3 cup crushed pineapples
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
Method:
Blend with cracked ice until smooth and pour into a chilled double old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
