Belle of Ellis Island

A tantalizing recipe for Belle of Ellis Island made with dry vermouth, brandy, Cointreau® orange liqueur, superfine sugar and orange bitters.

Ingredients:
2 oz dry vermouth
1/2 oz brandy
1 tsp Cointreau® orange liqueur
1/2 tsp superfine sugar
2 dashes orange bitters

Method:
Pour the vermouth, brandy, Cointreau, sugar and bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with a lemon twist, and serve.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
