A bright and citrusy drink built on smooth rum, the Serpentine blends 1 oz light rum, 1/2 oz brandy and 1/2 oz sweet vermouth.
Ingredients
- 1 oz light rum
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 1 twist lemon peel
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine the rum, brandy, vermouth, lemon juice, and sugar.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with the lemon twist.
