Aromatic and Medium to prepare, the Betty Paige features 1 oz dry vermouth, 1 oz gin and 1 tsp cherry liqueur.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz dry vermouth
  • 1 oz gin
  • 1 tsp cherry liqueur
  • 1 cherry

Instructions

  1. Mix the gin and vermouth like you would a normal martini.
  2. Pour into cocktail glass and add cherry liqueur.
  3. Garnish with cherry.

Serve In
