Blackberry Punch

Rum, blackberry liqueur, powdered sugar, and fresh lemon juice shaken and strained over ice with a lemon garnish. A proper fruit punch built for one — the blackberry liqueur brings deep berry flavor, the lemon and sugar balance it into a tart-sweet sipper, and the rum gives it just enough backbone to earn the name.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz rum
  • 2 oz blackberry liqueur
  • 1 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 oz fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pour the rum, blackberry liqueur, sugar and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wedge, and serve.

Serve In
