Burgundy Bishop

A delightful recipe for Burgundy Bishop made with light rum, lemons, powdered sugar and red wine.

Ingredients:
1 oz light rum
juice of 1/4 lemons
1 tsp powdered sugar
red wine

Method:
Shake rum, juice of lemon, and powdered sugar with ice and strain into a highball glass over ice cubes. Fill with red wine and stir. Decorate with various fruits and serve.

Serve in:
Highball Glass
