Bombay Bellini

A delightful recipe for Bombay Bellini made with mango nectar and Champagne.

Ingredients:
1 splash mango nectar
4 – 6 oz Champagne

Method:
Pour mango puree into a champagne flute (recommended) or a glass and slowly add champagne. Stir gently. Garnish with a mango slice.

Serve in:
Champagne Flute
