Bongo Cola

The Bongo Cola is a sun-soaked drink that balances gold rum, coffee liqueur, and Kirschwasser® cherry brandy beautifully. Served in a Collins Glass, it's the kind of recipe you'll come back to.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gold rum
  • 1 oz coffee liqueur
  • 1 dash Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 dash fresh lemon juice
  • 3 oz cola

Instructions

  1. Pour gold rum, coffee liqueur, kirsch, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Fill with cola, and stir gently.
  5. Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
