The Bongo Cola is a sun-soaked drink that balances gold rum, coffee liqueur, and Kirschwasser® cherry brandy beautifully. Served in a Collins Glass, it's the kind of recipe you'll come back to.
Ingredients
- 2 oz gold rum
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 1 dash Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 dash fresh lemon juice
- 3 oz cola
Instructions
- Pour gold rum, coffee liqueur, kirsch, pineapple juice and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
- Fill with cola, and stir gently.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry, and serve.
