Bossa Nova

The Bossa Nova works as well on a weeknight as it does at a party — sun-soaked flavors and done in under 5 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz dark rum
  • 1/4 oz apricot brandy
  • 1/4 oz Galliano® herbal liqueur
  • 5 oz pineapple juice
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Pour dark rum, apricot brandy, galliano and juices into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
  2. Shake well, and strain into a hurricane glass filled with ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with a pineapple fruit flag, and serve.
