Bold and Easy to prepare, the Burnt Embers features 1 1/2 oz anejo rum, 1/2 oz apricot brandy and 1 oz pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz anejo rum
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1 oz pineapple juice
Instructions
- In a shaker half-filled with ice cubes, combine all of the ingredients.
- Shake well.
- Strain into a cocktail glass.
