Bold and Easy to prepare, the Brandy Highball features 2 oz brandy, carbonated water and 1 twist lemon peel.
Ingredients
- 2 oz brandy
- carbonated water
- 1 twist lemon peel
Instructions
- Pour brandy into a highball glass over ice cubes.
- Fill with carbonated water, add the twist of lemon peel, stir gently, and serve.
- (Ginger ale may be substituted for carbonated water, if preferred.)
