A classic drink with zesty character, the Brandy Melba is made with brandy, peach brandy, and raspberry liqueur. Nothing more, nothing less.
Ingredients
- 2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz peach brandy
- 1/2 oz raspberry liqueur
- 1/2 oz fresh lemon juice
- 4 dashes orange bitters
Instructions
- Pour the brandy, peach brandy, raspberry liqueur, lemon juice and orange bitters into a cocktail shaker half-filled with cracked ice.
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a slice of peach, and serve.
