A effervescent drink made with elegant brandy, the Brandy Cobbler blends 1 tsp superfine sugar, 3 oz club soda and 1 slice lemon.
Ingredients
- 1 tsp superfine sugar
- 3 oz club soda
- 1 slice lemon
- 2 oz brandy
- 1 maraschino cherry
- 1 slice orange
Instructions
- In an old-fashioned glass, dissolve the sugar in the club soda.
- Add crushed ice until the glass is almost full.
- Add the brandy.
- Stir well.
- Garnish with the cherry and the orange and lemon slices.
