There's something satisfying about a well-made Broadway Martini. This crisp with a minty edge version uses gin, white creme de menthe for a result that's greater than the sum of its parts.
Ingredients
- 3 oz gin
- 1/2 oz white creme de menthe
Instructions
- Pour the gin and white creme de menthe into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well, and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- Garnish with a mint sprig, and serve.
