Byrrh Cassis

A tantalizing recipe for Byrrh Cassis made with byrrh wine, creme de cassis and soda water.

Ingredients:
2 oz byrrh wine
1 oz creme de cassis
soda water

Method:
Pour Byrrh and creme de cassis into a wine glass. Add ice cubes, fill with pre-chilled soda water to taste, and serve.

Serve in:
White Wine Glass
