Cafe Au Kirsch

A tantalizing recipe for Cafe Au Kirsch made with Kirschwasser® cherry brandy, sugar, egg and coffee.

Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
1 tsp sugar
1 egg white
coffee

Method:
Combine the kirsch, sugar and egg white in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a wine glass. Fill with coffee, stir, and serve.

Serve in:
White Wine Glass
