Calvados Cream

A tempting recipe for Calvados Cream made with Calvados® brandy, lemon juice, egg, double cream and pineapple syrup.

Ingredients:
2 oz Calvados® brandy
1/2 oz lemon juice
1/2 oz egg white
1 oz double cream
1 tsp pineapple syrup

Method:
Shake and strain into a cocktail glass.

Serve in:
Cocktail Glass
