Fruity and exotic and Medium to prepare, the Hawaiian Barbie features 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum, 3 oz Dole® pineapple juice and 3 oz tonic water.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Malibu® coconut rum
- 3 oz Dole® pineapple juice
- 3 oz tonic water
- 1 pineapple chunk
Instructions
- Pour the Malibu coconut rum into a collins glass filled with ice cubes.
- Add the Dole pineapple juice and tonic water, and stir.
- Place a chunk of pineapple on the top, and serve with a straw.
