Cape Snow

Dessert-like and Easy to prepare, the Cape Snow features 1 oz brandy, 1 oz Van Der Hum® liqueur and 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream.

Ingredients

  • 1 oz brandy
  • 1 oz Van Der Hum® liqueur
  • 2 tbsp vanilla ice cream

Instructions

  1. Blend briefly in a blender.
  2. Pour into a wine goblet, garnish with a slice of orange, and serve.
