The Caribbean Chat does one thing well: chocolatey with a fizzy edge. Made with spiced rum, white creme de cacao, and orange juice.
Ingredients
- 1 oz spiced rum
- 1/2 oz white creme de cacao
- 3 oz orange juice
- 1 1/2 oz club soda
Instructions
- Pour the rum, creme de cacao and orange juice into a highball glass filled with ice cubes.
- Stir well.
- Add club soda, stir again gently, and serve.
