Caricature Cocktail

A bittersweet drink featuring botanical gin, the Caricature Cocktail blends 2 oz gin, 1/2 oz sweet vermouth and 1/2 oz Campari® bitters.

Medium · 5 min · Bitter

Ingredients

  • 2 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Campari® bitters
  • 1 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz simple syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients over ice and strain into a large chilled cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with flamed orange peel, and serve.

Serve In
