A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Casablanca blends 2 oz white rum, 1/2 oz coconut rum and 4 oz pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz coconut rum
- 4 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz coconut cream
- 1/2 oz grenadine syrup
Instructions
- Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass.
- Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred.
