Casablanca

A rich and sweet drink built on smooth rum, the Casablanca blends 2 oz white rum, 1/2 oz coconut rum and 4 oz pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz white rum
  • 1/2 oz coconut rum
  • 4 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 oz coconut cream
  • 1/2 oz grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass.
  2. Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred.
