Casablanca

A tempting recipe for Casablanca made with white rum, coconut rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream and grenadine syrup.

Ingredients:
2 oz white rum
1/2 oz coconut rum
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz grenadine syrup

Method:
Blend briefly with a glassful of crushed ice in a collins glass. Add grenadine, garnish with a slice of pineapple, and serve unstirred.

Serve in:
Collins Glass
