A tantalizing recipe for Chocolate Banana Sherbet made with swiss chocolate almond liqueur, bananas, yoghurt, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla.
Ingredients:
4 tsp swiss chocolate almond liqueur
1 cup ripe, mashed bananas
1 cup yoghurt
1/4 cup brown sugar
4 tsp sugar
2 tsp vanilla
Method:
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth and freeze overnight. Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp. of cold water. Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve.
