Chocolate Banana Sherbet

The Chocolate Banana Sherbet belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 6 ingredients, you get a well-rounded drink that punches well above its weight.

Ingredients

  • 4 tsp swiss chocolate almond liqueur
  • 1 cup ripe, mashed bananas
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and freeze overnight.
  3. Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp.
  4. of cold water.
  5. Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve.
