The Chocolate Banana Sherbet belongs in every home bartender's repertoire. With just 6 ingredients, you get a well-rounded drink that punches well above its weight.
Ingredients
- 4 tsp swiss chocolate almond liqueur
- 1 cup ripe, mashed bananas
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and freeze overnight.
- Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp.
- of cold water.
- Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve.
