Irish cream and vanilla extract might not sound like an obvious pairing, but the Choco Banana Smash makes it work — silky from start to finish.
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 oz Irish cream
- 1/4 oz vanilla extract
- 1/2 oz light cream
- 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 oz whipped cream
Instructions
- Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles.
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
- Add a slice of banana on a cocktail pick and place across the top, and serve.
