Club Cocktail

Dessert-like and Medium to prepare, the Club Cocktail features 2 oz brandy, 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur and 1/2 oz pineapple juice.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz brandy
  • 1/2 oz maraschino liqueur
  • 1/2 oz pineapple juice
  • 2 dashes Peychaud® bitters

Instructions

  1. Shake all ingredients well with ice and strain into a martini or cocktail glass.
  2. Garnish with a twist of lemon peel and a strawberry, and serve.

Serve In
