Cockney Champagne

This tart recipe combines 3 oz Champagne, 3/4 oz gin and 1/2 oz lemon juice into a Medium-to-make drink.

Ingredients

  • 3 oz Champagne
  • 3/4 oz gin
  • 1/2 oz lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz sugar syrup

Instructions

Pour into a champagne flute, and serve.
