A tantalizing recipe for Coco Loco made with dark rum, light rum, vodka, creme de bananes, pineapple juice, coconut cream and sugar syrup.
Ingredients:
1 oz dark rum
1 oz light rum
1/2 oz vodka
1/2 oz creme de bananes
1/2 oz pineapple juice
1/2 oz coconut cream
1/2 oz sugar syrup
Method:
Pour the rums, vodka, creme de bananes, pineapple juice, coconut cream and sugar syrup into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a chilled highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, and serve.
