Coconut Climber

Simple, sun-soaked, and built from spiced rum, mango liqueur, and coconut cream — the Coconut Climber is a no-brainer.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz spiced rum
  • 1/2 oz mango liqueur
  • 2 oz coconut cream
  • 2 oz half-and-half
  • 1 oz orange juice
  • 1 tbsp grenadine syrup

Instructions

  1. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with crushed ice.
  2. Shake well.
  3. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes.
  4. Garnish with toasted coconut, and serve.
