Coconut cream, cherry juice, and cream blended into a tropical pink drink with a dash of pineapple juice. The coconut and cream give it a rich, milkshake-like body while the cherry juice adds tartness and a rosy color. A dessert in a glass.
Ingredients
- 1 oz cream
- 3/4 oz coconut cream
- 1 1/2 oz cherry juice
- 1 dash grenadine syrup
- 1 1/2 oz pineapple juice
Instructions
- Shake over ice cubes in a shaker.
- Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, garnish with an amarelle cherry, and serve.
