Coconut Lips

Pineapple juice, cream, coconut cream, and raspberry syrup shaken over ice. The coconut and cream create a rich, tropical base while the raspberry syrup adds a pink tint and berry sweetness. A dessert-style mocktail that drinks like a tropical milkshake.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz pineapple juice
  • 1 1/2 oz cream
  • 1/4 – 3/4 oz coconut cream
  • 1/4 oz raspberry syrup

Instructions

  1. Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker.
  2. Strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice, add a pineapple chunk and an amarelle cherry, and serve.
