A tempting recipe for Columbus Cocktail made with gold rum, apricot brandy and lime juice.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz gold rum
3/4 oz apricot brandy
1 oz lime juice
Method:
Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice, and strain into a double-cocktail glass. Add a slice of lime and serve.
