Columbus Cocktail

Zesty and Easy to prepare, the Columbus Cocktail features 1 1/2 oz gold rum, 3/4 oz apricot brandy and 1 oz lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz gold rum
  • 3/4 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 oz lime juice

Instructions

  1. Shake briefly with a glassful of crushed ice, and strain into a double-cocktail glass.
  2. Add a slice of lime and serve.
