A tantalizing recipe for Cool Carlos made with dark rum, cranberry juice, pineapple juice, orange juice and sweet and sour mix.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz dark rum
2 oz cranberry juice
2 oz pineapple juice
1 oz orange juice
1 splash sweet and sour mix
Method:
Combine all ingredients (except curacao) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Pour into a collins glass and float curacao on top. Garnish with pineapple and orange slices and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
