If you like your drinks tropical, the Cool Carlos is exactly what you're looking for. Dark rum, cranberry juice, and pineapple juice come together in a way that works every time.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 splash sweet and sour mix
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients (except curacao) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes.
- Shake well.
- Pour into a collins glass and float curacao on top.
- Garnish with pineapple and orange slices and a maraschino cherry, and serve.
